Shipping Policy
At SilnSoul, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Once your product payment is received, we will dispatch your order within 3 business days, ensuring prompt delivery to your doorstep. Shipping is Free Pan-India provided final minimum cart value is ₹ 1,299/- (after discounts and offers, if any). Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be charged ₹25/- extra (depending upon the zone of delivery).
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us using the provided contact details. Our team will be happy to assist you with order fulfilment and provide tailored shipping solutions to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Depending on the courier company, a tracking link may be provided to track your order’s journey.
Please note that in the event of the product being returned to us due to the customer’s unavailability during delivery, re-shipping charges will be applied. We value your satisfaction and aim to address any shipping-related concerns promptly.
After placing an order, requests for address changes may or may not be accommodated, depending on the stage of product dispatch. Once shipped, it cannot be changed.
Please be advices, if a customer declines two separate Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery (POD) orders, they will be assigned for prepaid orders exclusively, in the future.

Payments Policy
At SilnSoul, we offer convenient payment options to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. Below are the details:
- Enjoy FREE SHIPPING shipping for orders valued above ₹ 1,299/-, making your shopping experience even more rewarding
- For your convenience, COD is available for a maximum order value of up to ₹ 4,999/-. For orders exceeding ₹ 4,999/-, only prepaid orders are accepted
- Choose from a variety of secure payment methods including Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Paytm, Cash on Delivery, and Pay on Delivery. Please note that all prices, whether sale or discounted rates, exclude a GST of 3%, which will be calculated during the final checkout process

Returns (Refunds) Policy
We understand that receiving a damaged product can be disappointing. If you encounter any damage upon receiving your order, please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery by calling us and providing images/videos of the damaged product. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we conduct thorough quality checks before dispatching every order. However, in rare cases, products may sustain damage during transit. If your claim is accepted, we will promptly send you a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. In the event that the same product is unavailable, refunds will be processed according to the following terms:
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery (POD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits / coupons, which do not have an expiry date
- For pre-paid payment methods (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets), refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment
Please note that returns and refunds are accepted and initiated only in the case of a damaged product. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any other conditions. Once we receive your return order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the parcel and proceed with your selected resolution method. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Please note that certain products do not qualify for our return or exchange policy:
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues since each product description provides detailed measurements to assist you in making informed decisions
- Customized or engraved items are non-returnable as they are tailored specifically to your preferences
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return
- Returns due to slight colour variations will not be accommodated under this policy. While we meticulously photograph our products in natural light using high-quality equipment, please bear in mind that screen resolutions and colour settings may cause minor discrepancies
Furthermore, if the reason for return doesn’t match our policy criteria, we kindly ask for your understanding that we may need to decline the return request. Please note that SilnSoul’s decision in such cases will be final and binding, with the aim of ensuring fairness and consistency for all our valued customers.
